We have to apologize for being so far behind lately, but there’s good news! All three videos from Raw Sessions: Vol. 2 are now live and ready to view! We have to thank Ivan from Major Triad Productions for recording these for us. He did an amazing job and got them done very quickly. We’ve posted all three tunes in this post, so you can watch them all at once 🙂

We are stoked to release our second round of Raw Sessions starting next week! We’ve got covers, we’ve got originals, we’ve got cello! It’s rough, it’s dirty. Just how we like it. We’ve raised the bar a bit for ourselves this time by recording high-quality audio and we have Ivan Gil-silva from Major Triad Productions to thank for that!

Hey all! It’s been quite a while since we’ve performed live so we’re dipping our toes back in tonight with an intimate duo set at the Thunderbird Cafe opening up for our friends Velvet Heat! Lady Vamp will be singing and playing alongside Anja, a recent addition to the group! We’ve been trying out new tunes and new sounds this past week and we can’t wait to debut some fresh music!

Gather up your pennies for a $5 cover and come on out! Doors at 8, we hit at 9!

 

This Sunday, we will be venturing back into the studio to track a new tune! A year ago today, we were in the final stages of recording our debut EP Love Through the Line, which you can buy here. To be back where it all started is going to feel amazing. We are stoked to be creating again and we can’t wait for you all to hear this. Think Motown, k? Stay tuned!

A little late here, but we want to thank everyone who ventured out to J&D Cellars Winery for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Benefit Show two weekends ago! We raised over $1,000 for the cause and we had an amazing time.

Next up, we will be back in the studio this October to record a new single! I can’t wait to share the tune with you all. No show dates planned at the moment, but make sure to keep checking back!

Thanks to everyone who came out to Howler’s last weekend! And special thanks to Hugh Twyman for stopping by and taking some photos! It’s good to know there are still people like him out there supporting local music 🙂

Next stop is J&D Cellars Winery in Eighty-Four, Pa., for our Cystic Fibrosis Foundation benefit show on August 23! Join us for an evening of live music, food, raffles and more, all for a great cause! Admission is a suggested donation of $25 and it all starts at 4pm!

We will be winding down after this gig to recoup and revamp (see what I did there?), but we won’t be going away! New music is in the process and we hope to get back out there soon!

Don’t forget- the Vamps will be at Howler’s this Saturday, August 9, along with Delicious Pastries and Neighbours! Doors are at 9, cover is $5. Come on out for a night of soul and pop 😉
